A Fulfillment Pricing Configuration provides application-level fulfillment configurations.
Indicate if fulfillment prices should be calculated for a GROUP or by ITEM.
GROUP means that a single fulfillment price applies to a group of fulfillment items.
ITEM means that each fulfillment item will have their own fulfillment price.
Indicate a Service Level that will be sorted to the beginning of the fulfillment option results.
This is used by Cart Ops when building fulfillment pricing groups for the fulfillment pricing request. A pricing group will be created for each Fulfillment Type specified in Supported Fulfillment Types. If no Supported Fulfillment Types are specified, then the fulfillment pricing group will use the Fulfillment Type of the Fulfillment Group being priced.
