Cart Operation Release Notes for 2.0.3-GA

JDK 17 is required for Broadleaf release trains 2.0.0-GA, and beyond.

Fixed bug where fulfillment group reference numbers where duplicated when removing a fulfillment group prior to checkout.

Added handling for SpelRuleEvaluationExceptions that may be thrown when attempting to evaluate payment method inclusions or exclusions. In these cases, the rule evaluation check will return false by default.

Fixed tax NPE when multiple fulfillment groups are on a cart but only a single tax response group is available due to offers.

Added additional pricing groups for supportedFulfillmentTypes.
