JDK 17 is required for Broadleaf release trains 2.0.0-GA, and beyond.
As of Broadleaf Release Train 2.0.4-GA, all microservices have been upgraded to Spring Boot 3.3
Support additional status during message idempotency checks
Added support for calling CartServices to update the status of a resource lock to indicate the associated process is complete
To facilitate this, added a method ResourceLockProvider#finishLock
