Release Notes for 2.0.3

Updated the extensibility of JpaSkuInventory by fixing logic in the corresponding customized spring repository class.

Fixed a ClassCastException when reading consolidated inventory quantities.

Fixed an issue in the Admin where Serialized inventory fields became read-only and prevented users from viewing or updating serialized inventory.

Addressed backwards and forwards compatibility for Spring Boot 3.1.x and 3.2.x.
