Spring Boot Upgrade

As of Broadleaf Release Train 3.0.0-GA, all microservices have been upgraded to support Spring Boot 4.1 and Java 25.

New Features & Notable Changes

Upgraded the Stripe Java SDK version from 29.1.0 to 32.1.0. This requires the Stripe API version 2026-04-22.dahlia
