New Features

Added the ability to manage nested content items without needing to navigate away from the current content item.
- You now have the ability to create new content in-line when building out a content item. This item can be marked as embeddible or referenceable. Embedded content items are only visible to the current parent item and share the same sandbox life-cycle as the parent. Referenceable items can still be created / updated in-line but have their own sandboxing life-cycle. These can also be reused by other content.

Fixed an issue where nested content item’s ordering was not being preserved during the hydration process.
Fixed an issue where assets could not be uploaded to Theme Fields.
